For that reason, we strive to give members the most vital information and resources they need to effectively and successfully maximize results while minimizing risk. Shawn Spratte

Biography: Shawn Spratte is the Vice President of Loss Mitigation and Communication Center with Public Service Credit Union, in Lone Tree, Colorado where he is responsible for the direction, oversight, and the overall results of the Loss Mitigation and Communication Center Departments for the Credit Union. Shawn oversees all stages of collections, repossessions, remarketing, foreclosures, insurance, member solutions, and call center operational strategies. Shawn has been in the credit and collection industry for the past 25 years, with experience in 1st party and 3rd party collections, working in various industries including telecommunications, construction, radio, multi-family, and financial institutions. Prior to joining Public Service Credit Union, Shawn spent 9 years as the Director of National Collections for a large Real Estate Investment Trust, where he managed all stages of charge-off, managed the 3rd party collections vendor relationships, and created and managed the debt sales program for the company.

Jamie Adams has been in the financial industry over 17 years. In her tenure, Jamie has amassed knowledge in several key areas including, Collections, Loan Servicing, Call Center Operations, Real Estate, Loan Reporting and Compliance. She is currently the Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing and Credit Resolutions with Silver State Schools Credit Union. She is charged with managing a $300 million+ mortgage loan portfolio with a credit union asset size of $760 million. Jamie also oversees loss mitigation strategies, including, foreclosure/REO management, bankruptcy process, repossession and recovery efforts, workout loans and general collection strategies.

Her experience includes 13 years in the utility industry and current responsibilities for management of the collection agency vendor and attorney pool for SCANA Corporation. SCANA Corporation is an energy-based holding company whose businesses include regulated electric and natural gas utility operations that serve approximately 668,000 electric customers in South Carolina and more than 1.2 million natural gas customers in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.

Biography: Gandhi Eswaramoorthy is the Program Manager for Debt Collections within the Consumer Lending, Reporting and Collections Markets Division of Research, Markets and Regulations for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Prior to joining the CFPB, Gandhi was Senior Director of Collections and Recovery Policy and Strategy at Citi Cards. Prior to Citi, Gandhi spent several years at Barclays Card (International Markets), Chase Card Services and American Express. Collectively, he has more than 25 years of experience working in all aspects of credit card risk management including risk modeling, account management, collections and recovery policy and strategy. Gandhi has PhD in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.

Biography: Brian Williams is a 20 year collection industry veteran and is currently responsible for overseeing the Hyundai Capital America agency and skip vendor network. Brian joined HCA after a 16 ½ year career with JPMorgan Chase where he held positions in agency management, internal recovery, loss mitigation and pre-charge off collections. Brian is a United States Air Force veteran.
