CREDITOR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
The creditor registration fee includes all conference general sessions, conference materials, meals, receptions, admission to the exhibit hall and networking events. In addition, creditors can enjoy the Cyber Cafe and Gourmet Coffee Bar throughout the event. Finally, all creditors are eligible for Friday's laptop drawing and are entered automatically (must be present to win). All registered attendees may book hotel rooms under the CRS2011 room block at a rate of $265 per night.

The dress code is business casual. Be comfortable while learning new trends and networking with other attendees. Choose your shoes carefully because you may do a lot of walking. Receptions, Four Seasons style, don’t require a tie or jacket, but many elect to wear one or both. |

Manuel H. (Manny) Newburger is the President of Barron, Newburger & Sinsley, PLLC , a multi-state law firm with offices in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, Texas, Tampa, Florida, and Scarsdale, New York. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law, where he teaches consumer protection law, and the President of Fair Debt Consultants, LLC, through which he provides training and management consulting services to the collection industry. Mr. Newburger is the principal author of Fair Debt Collection Practices: Federal and State Law and Regulation (Sheshunoff & Pratt).

With various rule changes, as well as some legal and operational issues brewing with the Supreme Court decisions, bankruptcy is back on the front burner in 2011. This forum is geared for the creditor involved in managing the bankruptcy operation. This forum will discuss:
Bankruptcy Statistics and Forecasts, Views from the Court, In-Depth Legal Aspects for the Unsecured and Secured Creditors, Mortgage and Auto Specialties. In addition, join our discussion of products available for effective managing of bankrupt accounts, such as scoring at the time of filing, scrubbing and monitoring Chapter 7 no asset cases and more. | CREDITORS ROUNDTABLES |
In addition to the quality speakers in our main conference sessions, the Creditors Roundtables on Friday morning give the attendee the opportunity to choose three different Roundtable sessions to join. This allows the attendee to discuss and explore issues of importance from a variety of collection and recovery topics with the discussions led by an industry peer with knowledge specific to the topic. This is an excellent peer networking opportunity in an informal roundtable setting. |

The Auto Finance Peer Group break out session facilitated by Jay Cocchiara and Kelli Edmonds of Chase Auto Finance, provides auto creditors the opportunity to meet with industry peers to discuss auto recovery issues, challenges and best practices. |
