The format for Collection and Recovery Solutions 2007 will begin Thursday morning with a Legislative and Regulatory Update covering important aspects of new and pending legislation at the Federal and State level, along with a discussion of possible changes in the regulatory landscape reflecting the recent changes in Washington.
Thursday afternoon will divide into Three Tracks, a Bankruptcy Update, a Debt Sellers track, and a Technology Strategies Track. Each will include insightful presentations or panel discussions covering valuable information for Collections and Recovery Executives in attendance.
Friday morning will conclude the conference with an opportunity to interact with your peers in our Creditor Round Tables. The Round Table format facilitates peer to peer interchange of ideas, with knowledgeable presenters discussing issues important to many in the Collections and Recovery field.
