Begin the Conference on Tuesday, May 2nd, with a Pre-Conference Afternoon on Bankruptcy: Challenges and Solutions Under the New Law. Come learn from the nation’s most knowledgeable professionals how the newly passed, critically important bankruptcy legislation will dramatically affect secured & unsecured consumer credit grantors, and your operational procedures.

Opening Reception - Tuesday, May 2nd at 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 3rd begin with the opening keynote from Bill Herberger of Chase Card Services, Our Industry in a Changing World, and join Joel Winston from the Federal Trade Commission on Privacy & Identity Theft Impacts. Back by popular demand, Manny Newburger will be joining us for an update on FDCPA issues. The afternoon will consist of two tracks dedicated to Strategic Use of Technology: Pre-Charge-Off and Post-Charge-Off. Presentations in the first track will include Best Time to Call/Best Action Campaign Management, When You Can’t Connect and Pre-Charge-Off Settlements. The second track will cover Scoring for Placement Strategy, Web Based Payments & Settlements and Sellers Best Practices.
