Resource Management Services, Inc. was proud to bring you a content rich symposium that gives you the techniques, strategies and resources for maximizing your dollars!  Collection & Recovery Solutions was held September 7-9 2005 at The Wynn Las Vegas Resort.  A "Tribute to Agencies" and roast of industry veterans, were part of the festivities at the Black Tie Gala and benefit for Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Prior Collection & Recovery Solutions conferences had restricted attendance.  This year, celebrating 25 years in the industry, we expanded the creditor attendance and exhibiting sponsorship opportunities.  Creditors were encouraged to submit referrals for prospective sponsors they would like to see in attendance.  Resource Management Services, Inc. reserved the right to refuse admittance to anyone, for any reason.

Dress for all sessions is business casual. Dress for Black Tie Gala is formal.

"Creditors, Be Prepared for Credit Counseling Requirements" - Bev Evancic

Creditors have less than 45 days to prepare for the changes in the Bankruptcy Code that will be enacted through The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Some of the changes will require modifications to the current operational procedures. During the afternoon sessions at the Bankruptcy Educational Forums for Creditors, industry experts will discuss possible operational enhancements and changes that will be necessary to comply with the changes in the Bankruptcy Code. - More...
